Questions worth asking before you send us anything
Is my business information kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you send — client names, rates, internal numbers — is used only to build the task you asked for. We don't reuse your material for anyone else's project or share it outside the two of us doing the work.
What if I don't like what I get back?
Revisions are available to make sure you're happy with the result — send it back with what to change and we'll fix it. Scope changes that go well beyond the original request are quoted as a separate task.
Do bundle tasks expire?
No. A 3- or 6-task bundle is a one-time purchase, not a monthly plan — use the tasks whenever you're ready, mixing and matching any of the five types.
Is this pricing temporary?
Yes — for a limited time, every order is priced at just $30 for a single task, $85 for a 3-task bundle, or $160 for a 6-task bundle, no matter the size. It's open to any client, not just first orders. Just mention it when you reach out, and we'll confirm the total before anything is due.
Does the limited-time pricing apply to websites?
No — limited-time pricing applies to the task bundles only. Website Building is a separate, premium service starting at $400 for a single-page site, quoted separately if you need more.
What if my task doesn't fit one of the five categories?
Describe it in the request form anyway. If it's a reasonable fit, we'll usually just take it as one of the five types. If it's bigger or different, we'll tell you and quote it separately rather than guess.
How fast can you actually turn something around?
Two business days is the standard we hold ourselves to. If you need something faster, say so on the form — we'll tell you plainly whether a rush is possible before you commit.
Do you use AI to build these?
Yes — AI is one of the tools in our stack, alongside things like spreadsheet and design software. It doesn't change how we work with you: you're still dealing directly with the two of us, and every task is built around your specific numbers, wording, and workflow, not a generic template.
